    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Pennsylvania, with special interest in the Altoona area and Blair County. No grants to individuals.

    Proposals are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be through a letter of intent sent to the foundation. If the foundation is interested in your proposal you will be contacted about submitting an application. An application form is required.
