    Giving primarily in regional cohorts: currently New York, NY and Chicago, IL.

    No support for general recreational activities or organizations, academic and classroom based training programs, tutoring or job training programs, or for groups that don't involve youth in community change.

    No grants for scholarships, internships, direct school-based support, individual fellowships, or capital campaigns.
