  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Arkansas and Northeast Texas with emphasis on Clark county in Arkansas. No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be with a Proposal. An application form is required. Board meetings occur on September 30, January 31, and May 31, annually. Applicants should submit the following:

    • Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
    • Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
    • Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations
    • Copy of IRS Determination Letter
