    Summary

The Gulf Coast Community Foundation is a public charity dedicated to serving the needs of the Sarasota region. GCCF invites nonprofit organizations to partner with them as they transform the region through bold and proactive philanthropy. Gulf Coast Community Foundation offers three grant programs:

    • Community Grants - Community Grants support nonprofit partners as they take on smaller projects that will have a positive impact on our communities. Community grant requests may not exceed $10,000.
    • Leveraged Grants - Leveraged grant requests should clearly target regional priorities, including (1) Creating Opportunity for All, (2) Taking Care of Our Own, (3) Building the Innovation Economy, (4) Enhancing Our Unique Places, or (5) Advancing Civility. Successful leveraged grants involve multiple partners that extend the impact of your program or project. Leveraged grant requests typically exceed $10,000.
    • Event Sponsorship Grants - Throughout the year, Gulf Coast's nonprofit partners hold events designed to increase awareness and raise funds for their important work. Gulf Coast invests in these events through sponsorship grants to help organizations maximize their impact. Sponsorship requests may not exceed $10,000.
