  • Eligibility Details

    Eligible applicants must be located in the specified Texas counties (Fort Bend, Harris, Kerr, Tom Green, or Travis) and include:

    • 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
    • Government agencies that will be treated as 501(c)(a) organizations

    Deadline Details

    Proposals must be electronically submitted March 1, annually by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

    If March 1, falls on a weekend, proposals must be received on the following Monday, by 12:00 PM CST.

     

    Supporting documents must be mailed and received by the Foundation's office by 5:00 PM CST on March 31, annually.
